We deliver a Win and Loss survey that can be sent to Opportunities that you have won or lost.
There are 3 delivered email templates (Classic email templates), one for each of Win, Loss, and Churn.
You can modify the text of our delivered emails as desired, but the link on the email must remain and be modified to point to your Experience Site (community).
You will replace the URL of the survey to match your Experience Site (Community) URL as seen below, leaving the remainder of the URL unchanged as we are using this to capture the Opportunity ID and what type of survey is being sent.
When the opportunity has closed, your users can send the appropriate emai template to a contact from the opportunity, choosing the correct template of Win, Loss, or Churn as example.
This will send the email to the contact to complete the survey.
The survey itself is a Flow component that you will add to an Experience (Community) site page of your choice.
The Flow is called "Win/Loss Survey". Make sure to drag-and-drop this to your site page layout.
NOTE: Make sure to complete the "id" and "Type" field in the flow as seen below.
When the user clicks on the link in the email they will be redirected to your survey site page to complete the survey and submit.

When the user "Submits" the survey, this will create a "Feedback" record in Salesforce, capturing the survey questions and responses for this opportunity.
