The Persona tabs enables you to create your various Personas your organization will be working with during the buying process.

You can create personas including Champion, Buyer, User etc. and add details so sales teams can better understand how to position your product or services to various personas.

We have also included a Persona lookup on the Contact record to associate a Contact with a Persona. This can further enable sales teams and provide insights into the type and level of personas on various opportunities and accounts.
