Competitor Feed

We have partnered with https://rss.app/ to import any number of Feeds into Salesforce for reviewing and taking action.

For each competitor feed that you create in RSS app, copy the default JSON URL as seen below in the screenshot.

You will then create "Competitor URL" records for each Competitor Feed you would like to track. This record can be found as a related list on the Competitor page.

Proceed to enter in the copied JSON URL as seen below and save the record.

The feed data will automatically be imported on a daily schedule, skipping any duplicate feed content.
