Track customer references & testimonials using the "Reference" tab. Here you will create individual reference records for each account/contact that has agreed to serve as a reference including details such as case study link, testimonial, will they take a reference call, competitor you won against, challenges, impact, and more.

Add the reference search flow to your opportunity page to view and search for qualified refernces for the opportunity your sales team is working.

Add the flow "Display References" to your opportunity page layout.
