Track opportunity win/loss details in Salesforce to understand the real reasons your winning & losing deals.

We have added fields to the opportunity record including Primary Competitor, Win/Loss Reason, and Win Loss Notes.

The Primary Competitor is a lookup to the Competitor record in GTM Foundations.

Win/Loss Picklist

We have delivered a Global Picklist for Win/Loss based on best practice values for prospects and customers to respond to the win/loss survey.

You can add or remove values as you desire for your company. The GREEN and RED icon represents if the choice will be displayed on the Win or Loss/Churn Survey form. We use the API Name of the field to display to the user on the survey (without the icons).
