The NPS Survey is a delivered Classic email template that be sent to Contacts, either individually or using the custom list review to send to multiple contacts at once.

The NPS Survey is a Flow called "NPS Survey" that you will add to your community site on a page of your choice. NOTE: Make sure to add the values for "id" and "ScoreText" as seen in the image below.

We deliver a custom setting "NPS Link" where you will provide the URL to your Experience (Community) site where the NPS flow resides.

When the contact completes the NPS Survey, this will created a Feedback record with the Results of the survey including the NPS Score and NPS Sentiment.

We are also updating the Account record with the latest NPS Score completed.
