To use the G2 integration for your competitors, first, you need to copy the product name from the URL on the G2 website as seen below.
You will then create a "Reviews Setup" record for each product you would like to track reviews for.
Enter the Name of the G2 Product you captured previously, and choose the corresponding Competitor this product is associated.
Note: You can find this record as a related list on the Competitor page.
The latest 25 reviews will be imported for each competitor scheduled on a daily basis. Any duplicate reviews will not be imported.
